This is my personal bio:: I am a certified teacher (grades 4 through 12), a competition judge (have sat on the judging panel of five distinct federations), personal trainer and physique coach.
I am a natural Pro Bodybuilder and Pro Figure athlete, holding professional status in three federations and earning two world titles. I have been competing for six years and have stage experience in three distinct competition categories (Fitness Model, Figure and Bodybulding).
I have contributed to and appeared in many fitness publications, and am busy creating and implementing competition workshops for stage preparation.

Thank you!

I would just like to thank all the participants who came out to the workshop today in Mississauga. I really enjoyed meeting all of you. There was a really fun, positive vibe in the room. I hope you took away some good information and enjoyed your time with us.

Firts of all i just want to say you look amazing!!
But I also wanted to ask you a couple of questions about cometition. This will be my second competition ever on saturday and I am very excited but I am a little bit usure if my costume is ok. The picture i have up is my sports wear outfit. Would this be an ok outfit for the sports fitness model suit?
Or do I need a different one because I only have this one right now hehe I just did my first competition on the 4th so i am honestly starting up. I heard its supposed to be really sport theme is this one ok? its a mermaid...
Let me knoe pleas so i can get something done before saturday if anything
