My passion is fitness and training for myself and those around me! I love helping someone accomplish a weight goal, or help tone their bodies to fit in their skinny jeans!!!
I have pushed my own body by competing in figure shows... I thought I would only do 1 show just to say I had done it and now I'm addicted!!! I am now naionally qualified and have my target set on getting my pro card!
