4-DAY WORKOUT ROUTINE POWER BUILDING DAY-1 ABS - (5 to 10 min) SIT UPS on DECLINE BENCH at a paced rate non-stop, stay on decline bench don’t stop even if you can only do 1 sit up every 10 sec. I have been working out since 7/11/2008, everyday. It took a while for me to get on a routine and get my diet down. I have it down now. It is too bad but it really is hard to find credible information to rely on. The only real way is with experience. I have spent 15 years trying to figure it all out. Looking for an Agent

So I've been looking for Fitness Model Agencies for close to a year now and have not been able to find anything. I'm wondering how fitness models find work with Nike or Reebok for example. I have a unique approach to my Personal Training, being that I am a Professional Ballet Dancer too!
